EMULSION STABILISING:
Helping the process of emulsification and improving emulsion stability and shelf-life.
FRAGRANCE:

Reducing transparency or translucency of cosmetics.
REFATTING:
Changing the chemical nature of another ingredient by adding hydrogen (or removing oxygen).

SURFACTANT - CLEANSING:
